Duties:

Take customer orders and process payments using the POS system
Provide friendly and efficient customer service, answering any questions or concerns
Complete all restocking and cleaning duties by performing opening and closing side work.
Promptly seat guests when they arrive, take food and beverage orders, serve meals on time while accommodating any special requests
Maintain complete knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials to answer client queries and provide recommendations
Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service and serving roles (preferred)
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Able to regularly lift 50+ lbs
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of customer service
Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
Experience in the food industry (preferred)
Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor to interact with customers effectively
